DATE : 6TH SEP TIME: sharp 2.30-8PM VENUE: SIES engineering AUDI,nerul ENTRY IS OPEN & FREE only for all 'MUSIC LOVERS',belonging to all its genres & forms and if still people are in the doubt if its a gig or concert or something.. plzzz go through the intro/profile of the orkut community & site and do get the CONCEPT of the MLU clear & right.. its started for the passion 4 the charity of music by music lovers & to encourage a platform for original music & spread knowledge about the various forms of the same which exist in our country...and for no other stupid intentions.. so its a completely NON-FUNDED,NON-PROFITABLE,NON-MARKETTING..n all those NON's to the commercial aspect of it.. its running ONLY for the cause & goodwill of music & to keep it alive in our sad context where its alomost lost its respect & sanctity..& the M.L.U is kept alive only by the energy & generous contributions of the performers,members & sponsors who wish to spread this cause....

performer's contribution for performance slot all performers,artists who have booked the slots in the performer's session have to contribute a sum of 50rs/- per head,per member of band during the registration & confirmation of their slot.. & while paying that contribution,let that b done happily,willingly & generously...we dont want to debate on the money aspect here..this contribution isnt even enough to cover any of costs,expenditure,& the rent of the venue for the event..so lets not make this an issue...

EQUIPMENT PROVIDED for performers the performers using the performance slots dont have to wory about anything just bring ur respective instruments & cables if it is electrically operated. DRUM SET with chokes,toms,cymbals,snare,double/single bass will be provided..any more add ons 2 the kit have to be installed by the performer for their performance while using the kit.. tabla & other acoustic instruments as such wud be provided amplification by mikes. 3 microphones available with stands. 16 channel mixer,bass amp,rhythm amps wil b available on stage with additional monitors.drums dont specifically need to be amplified coz of the scale & acoustix of the venue.and above that we r trying to achieve the best sound possible from our sponsors,also trying to avoid additional costs as u know we are NON-FUNDED afterall.. so be content & adjust/suit the available equipments to your needs in the best way possible...there is no point in complaining or swearing about the arrangement or equipment if u r not satisfied with sumting,coz no1 2 be blamed for that..be happy with all thats been provided,its taken efforts & energy to put all this together from generous sponsors for the satisfaction & benefit of all..
