INSTRUCTIONS FOR PERFORMER'S WHO HAVE SIGNED UP FOR THE PERFORMANCE SESSION AT MLU 7:

10 slots of 15 mins each (includes sound check)

Performance slots will be filled as per 'First Cum First Serve' basis

+1 slot for back-up incase any band/artist backs out on last minute

A minimum fee of Rs.30/- per group member would be collected to cover up the expenditure involved for usage of equipment and resources.

Performer's are to bring their own instruments and cables to connect them.

They are to follow the stage setup rules as laid by the Sound setup Heads to avoid any mishaps and undesirable sound

Performer's are NOT permitted to publicize their performance at the M.L.U session as

'Their own GIG'..It should be could publicized in the following format:

"________ is performing at the M.L.U session 7 on __ date,venue"

Breach of any instructions & rules of conduct will be judged & taken action against by the 'Core team' and their decision shall be final.

1 technician

6mics, 24 channel mixer, 2 heavy duty stage monitors

THESE ARE THE DETAILS OF THE DRUMKIT THAT IS BEING PROVIDED FOR THIS EVENT:
- IT'S A 5-PIECE TAMA DRUMKIT, WITH:
- 1 BASS DRUM
- 1 SNARE DRUM
- 2 TOMS
- 1 FLOOR TOM (TENOR DRUM)
- 1 HI-HAT (PAIR)
- 1 CRASH CYMBAL
- 1 RIDE CYMBAL
- ACCESSORIES:
- 1 SPIDER STAND (SNARE DRUM)
- 2 CYMBAL STANDS
- 1 HI-HAT STAND W/ PEDAL
- 1 SINGLE BASS DRUM PEDAL
- 1 THRONE

DRUMMERS ARE REQUESTED TO CARRY YOUR OWN PAIR OF DRUMSTICKS AND ALSO YOUR OWN DOUBLE BASS PEDALS (IF REQUIRED)... THESE WILL NOT BE PROVIDED ON STAGE...

YOU MAY ALSO CARRY YOUR OWN SET OF CYMBALS W/ OR W/OUT STANDS IF IT SUITS TOUR COMFORT...

NOTE TO ALL LEFTY DRUMMERS: SINCE YOUR SETUP WILL TAKE UP A LOT OF YOUR AND OTHER PERFORMERS' STAGE TIME, PLEASE DO INFORM US IN ADVANCE, SO THAT WE CAN EITHER PLACE YOUR SLOT AT THE START OR THE END OF THE PERFORMANCE SESSION... THIS WAY WE WOULDN'T HAVE TO WASTE TIME CHANGING THE SETUP FOR A RIGHTY DRUMMER IN THE MIDDLE OF THE EVENT...(ASSUMING THAT MOST DRUMMERS ARE RIGHT HANDED)... CHEERS!!!
